If a company schedules an interview with you, then there is an interest in your background and skills. As an interviewee, devote time to prepare for your interview.
Some candidates make the mistake of thinking that for a phone interview, they don’t need to prepare and research the company. Don’t make that mistake.
The interview is your time to “shine”, demonstrate your interest and dedication in the company and the opportunity they are hiring.
Being prepared for interviews includes:
